As many of you know, I’m expecting a baby this spring! 💗
Because my job is pretty physical, and getting harder as baby girl gets bigger, I’ve decided that my last week taking clients will be the week of April 15 as I prepare for my induction in May.
If you’d like to get in before I go on maternity leave, I recommend booking soon since availability will be limited over the next few weeks.
Thank you all so much for your continued love and support during this exciting season of life. I truly appreciate every one of you and can’t wait to return later this fall!

Hi friends 🤍

With baby girl arriving in about 12 weeks (or less!), my schedule has been filling quickly; and my energy is definitely feeling it these days. Growing a tiny human while doing a physically demanding job is no joke 💆‍♀️🤰✨

To make sure I can continue giving my absolute best to the clients I’m currently seeing — and help them get in before I head out on maternity leave in mid April, I will no longer be taking new clients at this time.

This will allow me to:
• Prioritize my current clients
• Protect my health and energy
• Ease into maternity leave without overextending myself

If you’re an existing client and need to get on the schedule before April, I recommend booking sooner rather than later 🤍

Quick scheduling update 💛

With maternity leave coming up this spring, I’m making a small temporary change to keep things fair and stress-free for my clients.

✨ Massage packages, prepaid bundles, and gift certificate sales will be paused for now.
I don’t want anyone investing in a package or gift certificate and then having to wait months to use it while I’m out and easing back into a very limited schedule.

✅ All existing punch cards and gift certificates will absolutely still be honored
✅ Single sessions are still available to book
✅ Packages will return once my schedule is more consistent again

Thank you for being so supportive during this exciting season — it truly means a lot to me. I’ll keep everyone updated as plans get closer 🤍

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving — mine was extra sweet after a week of snuggles with my niece in Coeur d’Alene 💛

And… I have some exciting news to share — we’re expecting a baby girl in May! 🎀👶
I’m so thankful for all of you, and I’ll keep everyone updated about my spring schedule as we get closer.

Here’s your gentle reminder to get up and move! 🧍‍♀️💪

Sitting for long periods — whether you’re at a desk, driving, or scrolling (we all do it 😉) — can cause tight hips, stiff shoulders, and achy backs.

💡 Try setting a timer every 30–60 minutes:
➡️ Stand up and stretch your arms overhead
➡️ Roll your shoulders
➡️ Take a quick walk to refill your water or grab a snack

These mini “movement breaks” keep your circulation flowing and help protect your muscles + joints for the long haul. 🩶

Your body will thank you later — promise!
