Happy New Year! 🎊

For those who don’t know, I’m deepening my education in Yoga and Ayurveda by becoming Yoga Therapist certified. For completion of my schooling I need a few case studies who have chronic complaint, are willing to work towards their health and wellness goals, are open to working with me on achieving those goals.

A case study is an extra special opportunity. My case studies not only will get to work with me, but will be working with (in my opinion) the best, most experienced professionals in the field that oversee my work.

If you’ve got new years goals comment “goals” and I’ll reach out to you or send me a message/text and we can talk more about Yoga Therapy on a personal level for you.

New Year, New You.

Never be afraid to create a new version of yourself. Praise your progress. Learn from every attempt. Adjust. Try again.

It is always a good day to begin to better ourselves, but a new year… its is a beautiful reflection point. We can all easily reflect back to where we were last new year. Not just physically, but where we were in our own growth process. This cultural “new year” is so useful as a collective way to track our progress year after year and not let time slip too far away without stopping to praise the improvements.

May you take this day, and every day, to reflect on where you’ve been and where you’re going.

Go with the flow but listening to the calling for force.

Life takes us in many directions and it’s a skill to be able to flow with the changes and coast for a while. Life is also a balancing act and will offer us a calling when it’s time to get back to engaging our free will for the greater purpose.

Listen to that. Honor that calling to pick up where you left off as the new version of yourself and offer yourself to the world, selflessly.
