Nicole has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014, with a focus on alleviating pain and stress through her craft. She is skilled in various modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, migraine and headache relief, hot stone massage, and cupping therapy, with a specialization in addressing neck, shoulder, and sciatica issues.

Pumpkin Facial season is upon us! Let’s talk the amazing benefits of the pumpkin enzyme…

Our Pumpkin Facial will include a pumpkin enzyme scrub, a 5% pumpkin peel, a pumpkin jelly mask, and a chocolate skin restoring masque for $145. Pumpkins are known for their natural enzymes and alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) that break down dead skin cells, revealing brighter and smoother skin. They are also rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E; pumpkin provides antioxidants that protect the skin from environmental damage and promote skin repair.

🎃 Starting earlier this year, our Pumpkin and Advanced Pumpkin Facial will be on the menu by September 1st! This client favorite has aromatic fragrances like pumpkin and chocolate, but it’s not just a smell good treatment. Pumpkin is a fantastic natural brightener for the skin.

Pumpkin contains natural enzymes and AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids), which gently exfoliate the skin by breaking down dead skin cells. It also contains essential fatty acids and polysaccharides that help to reinforce the skin’s moisture barrier, preventing water loss and leaving the skin soft and supple.

A July and August cold treat for skin!

Our Cryo Facial is an all cold facial that includes cold stone massage, ice globes, cryotherapy wand, and cold towels. This facial focuses on depuffing the skin, increasing blood circulation which brings oxygen to the surface of the skin, and hydrating dry, imbalanced skin.
