This week we’re celebrating Abney, one of our incredible caregivers at CountryHouse Dickinson! Inspired by her grandmother’s dementia journey, Abney brings compassion, patience, and genuine joy to our residents every single day.

She’s known for her uplifting spirit, the meaningful connections she builds, and the comfort she provides—especially during challenging moments. One of her favorite memories is a resident proudly telling her, “Dang girl, you’re strong!” Moments like that remind her why she loves what she does.

We’re so grateful for the heart and dedication Abney brings to our CountryHouse family. 💛

As part of our ongoing commitment to veterans, we’ve partnered with Patriot Angels to help veterans and their spouses access benefits that can make senior living more affordable.
