Dear friends and students,

I wanted to share something a little personal. August will be my last month teaching yoga for a while, as I take time to prepare for the arrival of our newest little one.

As many of you know, I'm currently expecting baby #3, and with both of my previous babies arriving early, this time around I'm making a conscious choice to slow down and really take care of myself and this little one. It’s not easy to step back from something I love so much — teaching and connecting with you all— but I know it’s the right decision for now.

I’m not saying goodbye, just "see you later." I do plan to return to teaching sometime after baby is born, though I’m not setting a firm timeline yet. For now, my focus will be on rest, family, and letting this next chapter unfold with as much presence and grace as possible.

I hope to see you all over the next couple of months!
