Employee Spotlight: Michele Jaeger

Dickinson is Michele’s hometown, and she began working at Stevenson Funeral Home in 2022.

She enjoys working at Stevenson’s Funeral Home for many reasons, especially the interaction with families who are going through a difficult time. Michele finds it humbling to be part of a professional staff that helps families honor and celebrate their loved one’s treasured lives with dignity and respect.

She is grateful for all the people she has met and gets to work with, describing her colleagues as compassionate, kind, and always helpful.

Michele holds many wonderful memories after each funeral. She believes every life has a rich story, and witnessing the impact each person had on so many lives is truly amazing. Seeing family and friends share cherished memories, connect with one another, and feel the love and support around them is something she finds deeply meaningful and healing for those experiencing loss.

In her spare time, Michele enjoys sporting events, outdoor activities, working in her yard, reading, music and attending fine arts events, community involvement, and spending time with her son Brad and family.
