Thursday Check-In
Take a moment today to pause and connect with yourself. How are you feeling right now? What does your body need?
Close your eyes and gently scan through your body, noticing any areas of tension or discomfort. Slow your breath and be intentional with it. As you inhale, imagine your breath flowing into those spaces, softening and releasing what feels heavy. Stay with your breath for as long as you need, and when you’re ready, take a few deep, cleansing breaths and exhale mindfully to let that tension go.
