Lehigh Valley Hospital–Dickson City, located just off Interstate 81 along Main Street, will open Spring 2022. Coordinated Health Scranton Orthopedics continues to offer expert care while the hospital is under construction. The new hospital will add to Coordinated Health Scranton Orthopedics’ offerings by providing:

• A 24/7 emergency room
• Private inpatient rooms
• Operating rooms and procedure

• A helipad close by for times when a higher level of care is needed

Italia Rozina was just 13 when a fall left her tibia broken in three places. With determination and the support of her orthopedic team, she’s now back to running, cheering and dancing at 15.

At 13, Italia Rozina’s world flipped when a fall at school left her tibia broken in three places. Three months in a wheelchair and months of physical therapy later, she wasn’t sure she’d ever dance or run again. Now 15, she’s back to cross country, track, cheerleading and dance, stronger than ever thanks to the care and encouragement of Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute.

Answering the call – on and off the clock.

When a large fire broke out near LVH–Dickson City, nurse and volunteer firefighter David Spalding, RN, didn’t hesitate. After seeing the alert, he drove for over an hour to support fellow firefighters and help protect the community he serves every day. His story is one of courage and an unwavering commitment to others.
