We’re four women. Four moms. And we all walked away from corporate healthcare for the same reasons: burnout, impossible productivity quotas, insurance red tape, profit-over-people decisions, and watching patients fall through the cracks while executives celebrated margins. We knew there had to be a better way.

So we built one.

I founded Recover and Thrive after losing my best friend to su***de and spending decades loving a family member through addiction. After witnessing the corruption and barriers inside the system firsthand, I wanted something different — something human. I brought in three other powerhouse moms who share the same fire, and together we created a locally owned, small-business recovery center that puts people before profit.

With 20+ years of combined experience in mental health and substance use treatment, we’re redefining what recovery looks like: community-based, compassionate, accessible, and real. 💙
