Today’s Lifestyle Tip: Bright lights at night carry heavy amounts of blue light wavelengths which are not healthy for our bodies or our minds. It can cause sleep deprivation, unhealthy dieting, and mental health issues, like depression and anxiety. After you eat dinner and are heading to wind down before sleep, try using low emitting lights or even red lights to read. Candles are an easy and cheap source of healthy night lighting. Once you adjust your light absorption, you will notice that your clarity and mood will begin to improve.
