No matter who you want to blame, no matter what excuse to want to use… it’s ultimately up to you who You are. There are things in this life that happen to you or that you go through that really can make life hard to keep living the same positive way you do.

When you go through rough times it’s hard to show people grace, to be patient, have open communication about your feelings and not shut down. But you see that is the problem.

Don’t let those thoughts turn your sunshine into darkness, keep your head up and keep pushing❤️

It’s your fault you hurt people you love. It’s your fault you keep replaying the same toxic relationships with different people over and over again. It’s your fault you don’t set boundaries for yourself to be able to heal, on your time, and on your conditions🫵🏼

Although it is not your fault for the horrible things that have happened to you, it is your responsibility to end toxic patterns. Do you even know “Why” you do things you do? There is probably something that has happened to you that has made you hurt so deeply that you hid it away. You bit your lip and hid the tears, held your high and got over it. Well let me tell you….that is not the way to do it!

I am a rub some dirt in it kind of person myself and honestly that took me very far in life in so many ways. But when it came to healing, that is what stopped me from progressing. I still can’t tell you exactly what you need to do to get to your next step but finding calmness and peace is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

Feel the sadness, the uncomfortable, the hard things. Cry, be sad, think about them and what you don’t like about those situations. Feel it. Now how can you make things better? What can you change? Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference❤️
