CHIROPRACTIC FRONT DESK OFFICE ASSISTANT NEEDED

*Able to take direction
*Able to multitask and pays attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal skills
*Able to think outside the box
*Have knowledge of basic office skills:
Computer, answering phone, scheduling,
taking messages, filing, etc
*Ability to alphabetize and do basic math

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Assist with administrative responsibilities and
Maintaining patient flow
*Greet patients, schedule patients, collect
payment, answer the phone
*Talk with attorneys and legal assistants
* Assist with DOT/CDL physicals
*Document patient notes in EMR
*Use fax machine
* Always be polite and make patients feel
welcome, comfortable, and provide quality
service
*perform all other office tasks and cleaning

Office hours: Mon-Thur 9-12 & 2-6,
Friday 9-12
