From our little rural county to the statewide stage… ✨

Ya'll, last week, our team had the incredible honor of speaking at the SCAPCC (South Carolina Association of Pregnancy Care Centers) Fall Leadership Conference in Spartanburg!!

Executive Director Sarah, Board Chair Cynthia, and Admin Assistant Bertha shared how a recent grant helped us accelerate our journey to becoming a medical pregnancy center.

“It was wonderful, and their center is just beautiful," said Sarah. "Cynthia had a chance to talk about TPC and the things we are doing. She did an awesome job.”

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to represent our center, our community, and most of all, our mission.

The Pregnancy Center of Dillon County is excited to welcome Saundra Deese, RN, as our new Nurse Manager.

Saundra brings both professional excellence and a heart for ministry to this vital role as we continue our transition to a medical pregnancy center.

“I know nursing is my calling because I absolutely love what I do,” Saundra shared. “Everything I do, I do for Jesus and my family.”

Her compassion, experience, and dedication reflect the mission of TPC — to offer hope, care, and Christ’s love to every client we serve.

Our baby wipes supply is running low, and we’re getting ready to welcome several new little ones soon.

If you’d like to donate a pack (or two!), you can drop them off at the Center or send them directly through delivery. Every donation helps us support local moms and babies with care and dignity. 💕

Meet Our New Executive Director — Sarah McCollum

We’re thrilled to welcome Sarah McCollum as the new Executive Director of The Pregnancy Center of Dillon County!

Sarah is a seasoned leader with a heart for people and a life guided by faith. She’s a mother, grandmother, and proud pet mom who has served in multiple leadership roles over the years — including management and supervisory positions.

She believes in living with purpose, leading with integrity, and making a positive difference in every life she touches.

Sarah’s first week has already been filled with connection, encouragement, and prayer — and our team is excited to move forward together in this new chapter for the Center.

❤️ Staff Spotlight: Bertha Rogers — The Steady Heart of the Center

When things were uncertain this year, Bertha Rogers, our Administrative Assistant, kept the doors open and the mission moving.

She has welcomed every client with warmth, learned our new systems, kept the Baby Boutique stocked and beautiful, and made sure volunteers and the Board stayed connected.

Simply put — we couldn’t have done it without her. 💜

👨 Good News — A Men’s Bible Study is Forming!

One of our long-time prayers has been answered: a local pastor has offered to lead a men’s Bible study. 🙌

This is an exciting step as more fathers are stepping in to learn, grow, and strengthen their families.
