This week we’ve been celebrating the incredible nurses who make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. From a special lunch to sweet treats and snacks throughout the week, it’s been our pleasure to show appreciation for all they do! 🍽️🎁

As we celebrate this year’s theme, “The Power of Nurses,” we want to shine a special spotlight on our incredible nurse leaders and support nurses. Their strength, guidance, patience, and heart help shape our teams and inspire excellence in care every day.

If you’re feeling under the weather, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting until you’re feeling better. Even mild symptoms can put our residents at risk.

This includes:
🤒 Fever or feeling hot
😷 Cough or sore throat
🤧 Runny or blocked nose
🤕 General feeling of being unwell

We truly have so much to be thankful for here at The Waters.

First, to our incredible team — every CNA, nurse, dietary worker, and each person in between — thank you for everything you do to enhance the lives of our residents each and every day. Your dedication and heart never go unnoticed.

A special thank you to our Administrator and DON for leading with such care and compassion. We appreciate you more than words can say.

To our residents’ families, thank you for entrusting us with your loved ones. And to our wonderful residents — thank you for making each day brighter. We absolutely love having you with us!
