Did you know that 80% of improving our health is directly related to our nutrition. It can be overwhelming and exhausting to figure out what we need to eat for our individual health.
Some of us are stuck in a diet mentality where our mindset is focused on what we tell ourselves we cannot eat. Instead what we need to focus on and realize is we need to change our lifestyle and how we think about food. Food is how our bodies get energy and is able to all the important things for us. If we do not fuel our bodies well, it cannot work optimally. For some of us, that can be our metabolism slows down and we become tired and gain weight.
I want to help educate you that eating healthier and balanced nutrition is necessary to improve our longevity. And most importantly, do not have to be hard and overwhelming.
