I just want to take a moment to say thank you — truly — to all of my amazing patients, friends, and family who have reached out, checked in on me and my dad, offered your support, and been so understanding with the last-minute changes to your appointments. So many of you were more than willing to shift your schedules, even with big events and milestones on the horizon — the same ones you trust me to help you feel your absolute best for. That means more to me than I can ever put into words. You all have my heart for the next million years.
The good news is: my dad is doing much better. We’re not out of the woods yet — with a trach, PEG tube, continuous fluids, chemo, and daily radiation ahead, we have a long road in front of us. But the fact that he’s still here is a miracle in itself. I know just how lucky I am to still have my dad — and I don’t take that lightly.
Cancer is cruel, heavy, and humbling. Watching someone you love go through it is something you think will never happen to you — until it does. It changes everything.
I’m excited to share that I’ll be back in the medspa next week and will continue helping oversee things with my dad from PA for now. This weekend, I’m taking a long-overdue break with some of my closest friends — limited cell service and all — but I’ll be back to a (somewhat) normal schedule soon!
Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. I love you all so much. 💛
