“I recently relocated to Dillsburg and I used to walk everyday prior to moving. I don’t know many people here and walking alone was challenging. I’d find excuses not to get up and just go.

I noticed I’m not as strong as I’m aging.

I’m becoming stronger and by having a trainer, Xander, I find it easy to come to my scheduled workouts.

I am working with weights that I never thought I could lift let alone do eight-10 reps using them.

I would recommend 13 Stripes if you are looking for a personal trainer to work with you on your personal goals that the two of you work out.

I am definitely feeling stronger and building muscles.“

- Walking, I had to use a walking stick for support!

What changed after starting at 13 Stripes?
- I walk without support, I’m mentally and physically stronger!

What would you say to someone on the fence about joining 13 Stripes?
- Join, you’ll feel better all around, my trainer Alissa is great and she works on areas I needed mobility and strengthen . My all around health is better physically and mentally! I just feel so much better! I’m stronger and feel more in control physically. I feel more confident in doing everyday activities!
