Meet our client of the week: Ted!

Ted trains with and has made great progress! Hear his story in his own words.

In my 70 years of life, I have had many physical challenges prior to 13 stripes: high school football, basketball, Army Officer Basic Training and I was a runner most of my adult life.

I like physical challenges to stay in shape and the feeling after that I have done something good for myself and my mental health.

I came to 13 Stripes to get back in some form of shape, to challenge myself and to strengthen my core

Already I can see results in my balance and core strength.

What would you say to someone on the fence about joining 13 Stripes?
Just get into it! You will feel better about yourself.

In all the years I have participated in sports and athletics and have been coached and challenged I have never had a more encouraging and concerned trainer than Xander.
