Drop in with a Mystic Sound Immersion then stick around to go even deeper through Shamanic Journey… an opportunity to slow down and go within while being supported by community.

Meet with your Animal guides and Spirit helpers who will take you on a Journey to receive healing and clarity around issues in your life!

This Friday Tara Hall is back with our monthly OM Meditation!

🕉️ a mantra-meditation that supports physical, emotional and spiritual well-being!

🕉️ cultivates peace for both the participants and the surrounding environment!

🕉️a growing community of “ommies”!

🕉️No experience needed!

As we move through these intense times I have personally found this practice to be such a comfort.
When it feels like there is nothing we can do about the conflict and chaos in the world around us, slowing down, immersing in the energy of unity and peace somehow leaves me feeling like I am stronger in holding my own light and shining it out into the world for whatever difference it can make. 🌎🌟
