Buckingham Family Dentistry will be closed today due to icy road conditions and intermittent power outages.

Due to the icy roads, Buckingham Family Dentistry will open tentatively at 11am on January 7th. Please call the office at 434-983-2826 prior to proceeding.

After a break in the precipitation, snow is moving back into the state. It will make it to I-95 around 7pm, and exit the region by midnight. Snowfall will cause added weight on trees, and this, coupled with strong winds tonight and overnight, will caused renewed concern for downed branches/trees and power lines. Additional snowfall accumulations and below freezing temperatures will also cause moisture already on roads to refreeze causing dangerous road conditions. Graphic below shows overnight lows.
