We are family owned AND operated in a residential neighborhood of Dilworth, MN. Serenity is comprised of two buildings across the street from each other. Our loving staff are personal care attendants who assist our ladies and gentlemen with cares, medications, bathing, cooking and cleaning. We have dedicated Wellness Coordinators who serve as "personal trainers" to each of our clients. Please go through our photo albums, there's never a dull moment around Serenity!
