Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care Family owned and operated facility nestled in a residential neighborhood in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Feel free to contact us with any questions!

We are family owned AND operated in a residential neighborhood of Dilworth, MN. Serenity is comprised of two buildings across the street from each other. Our loving staff are personal care attendants who assist our ladies and gentlemen with cares, medications, bathing, cooking and cleaning. We have dedicated Wellness Coordinators who serve as "personal trainers" to each of our clients. Please go through our photo albums, there's never a dull moment around Serenity!

It was a beautiful day for a drive today. First stop was stopping to look at Tim’s Zinnia garden. Still as beautiful as ever. Checked out Nygards Greenery as well. Then off to explore Dilworth Moorhead and even stopping be one resident’s former home and the owner now even asked her if she would like to come inside to see the changes made. But Coffee time was calling us back. Great Day
