👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ Health Science Career Day with CCHD! 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

A big shout out to our amazing team members who shared their career journeys and passion for healthcare with our local seniors:

💙 Marisol Soto talked about previous role as a CNA and current role working with Indigent Care
💙 Katie Bagwell RN, BSN – talked about previous work experiences as an IC/Travel nurse, and current role as Swing Bed/Utilization Review Coordinator
💙 Daren Miner Paramedic & Windy Webb AEMT – talked about current and past experiences working in EMS
💙 Colleen Robison RN, BSN – talked about past work experiences as an OB nurse, and current role as Trauma Coordinator/Infection Control Nurse and education pathways in nursing

Special thanks to Lacey Bethke from Dimmitt High School for setting up the tour and Monia Ann, RN & Chief Nursing Director for hosting! The seniors enjoyed a hospital tour, some treats 🍪, and will soon begin shadowing our staff to gain hands-on experience.

The Medical Center of Dimmitt & Welch Rehab will be closed on Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day.
