🧘♀️10AM Yoga for Stress Relief with Jennifer
Combines yoga postures, breath work, aromatherapy, and inspirational readings to help practitioners respond to rather than react to stress. Designed as beginner friendly. Movement will vary from week to week—some examples include grounding classes, heart-opening classes, heat-building gentle vinyasa classes, yin classes, and combinations of these.
👨👩👧👦4:15pm Children's Yoga with Abby
30-minute class for children and their caregivers. Please sign-up just for your child. Caregivers who accompany children are free. Ages 0-10 welcome!

Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of tranquility and power with our Serene Strength yoga class. Designed for intermediate levels, this class focuses on building both inner peace and physical endurance. Through a series of mindful and strong poses, you'll cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.
🤸7:00PM Yoga HIIT with Abby
Yoga HIIT combines the dynamic flow of power yoga with high-intensity interval training for a comprehensive workout. This class enhances strength, flexibility, and endurance, offering a unique approach to fitness that keeps you engaged and energized.
