🧘‍♀️10AM Yoga for Stress Relief with Jennifer
Combines yoga postures, breath work, aromatherapy, and inspirational readings to help practitioners respond to rather than react to stress. Designed as beginner friendly. Movement will vary from week to week—some examples include grounding classes, heart-opening classes, heat-building gentle vinyasa classes, yin classes, and combinations of these.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦4:15pm Children's Yoga with Abby
30-minute class for children and their caregivers. Please sign-up just for your child. Caregivers who accompany children are free. Ages 0-10 welcome!

🧘‍♀️5:00PM Serene Strength with Ashley
Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of tranquility and power with our Serene Strength yoga class. Designed for intermediate levels, this class focuses on building both inner peace and physical endurance. Through a series of mindful and strong poses, you'll cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.

🤸7:00PM Yoga HIIT with Abby
Yoga HIIT combines the dynamic flow of power yoga with high-intensity interval training for a comprehensive workout. This class enhances strength, flexibility, and endurance, offering a unique approach to fitness that keeps you engaged and energized.

🧘‍♀️9:00AM All Levels Vinyasa Yoga with Bri
50-minute class. We will start on the mat for meditation and warm-up stretching. Then we will begin into our vinyasa flow which will build upon the gentle vinyasa flows by increasing the amount of downward dogs, Chaturangas, and cobras along with other fun poses!

🧘‍♀️6:30PM Stretch and Flow with Ashley
Unwind and recharge with this gentle, feel-good class designed to release tension and increase mobility. You'll move through slow, mindful stretches and flowing sequences that connect breath with movement—perfect for all levels looking to feel more open, grounded, and relaxed.

🧘‍♀️7:00PM Restorative Yin Yoga with Ashley
60-minute class. First we hold poses for 2-5 minutes to ensure deeper relaxation. As the class goes on we will also weave in restorative holds that last 6-8 minutes.

🧘‍♀️4:30PM Mat Pilates with Bri
Our Mat Pilates classes provide a comprehensive and effective workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and body alignment.

💪5:30PM Yoga Sculpt with Bri
45-minute yoga sculpt class. This combines vinyasa yoga with weight training. Please bring your own weights- 1lb-5lbs.

🧘‍♀️6:30PM Slow Flow Yoga with Tam
A slow, gentle practice, holding some postures for an extended period of time. Focusing on breath, body, and presence to enhance flexibility and strength.

🙆‍♂ 7:30PM 30Min Yin Yoga with Tam
30-minute practice that blends gentle flowing movements with longer-held restorative poses held for 3-5 minutes. Balance an active life, soothe stress, and/or reconnect with your inner calm. All levels welcome—props provided.
