X3 Elite Home Gym Review: Four Months In and Loving It
I wasn't entirely sold on the idea when I first bought the X3 Elite Home Gym. I’ve been in the fitness world for a while—certified in personal training, medical massage, and lifestyle coaching through programs like Menno Henselmans, Primal Health Institute, Meat Rx, and Keto Adapted, with a focus on PSMF and Carnivore diets. With all that under my belt, I’ve got a lot of preconceived notions about what makes a solid workout. The X3, though, caught me off guard in the best way.
After four months of consistent use, I’m genuinely impressed. The workouts are short but pack a punch, and I’m seeing real results—strength gains, better muscle definition, and improved endurance. The system challenges many of the fitness dogma I’ve studied over the years, but the proof is in the progress. It’s simple to use, fits easily into my routine, and doesn’t take up much space, which is a huge plus.
I liked it so much that I even grabbed the new WestSide Barbell Program they recently offered, and it’s been a great addition. If you’re on the fence like I was, give the X3 a shot. It’s been a game-changer, and I’m excited to keep pushing.
Beyond the equipment, the customer support is top-notch. Every time I’ve asked a question, the team has responded quickly and has been genuinely helpful. The X3 Owners Group on Facebook is another huge plus—it’s a great spot to swap tips, get advice, and stay motivated. Dr. John Jaquish, the creator, is active in the group, sharing insights and answering questions, which adds a lot of value. If you’re thinking about trying the X3, I’d say go for it. It’s been a game-changer for me, and its support makes it even better.
