Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls

What is sound healing? Sound healing is a therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. Chakra tuned quartz crystal singing bowls remove negative and or blocked energies and emotions within the chakras, aura and the physical body. They relax, realign and balance the body, mind, heart and soul. Every organ, bone and cell in the body has it’s own frequency. Negative states of mind, stress and tension as well as daily life may cause disturbances in the natural flow of energy in and around our body’s energy system. Energies become disrupted causing blockages, which create dissonant vibrations as we become out of sync with our individual unique and natural rate of vibration and this overtime causes disease, stress, tension and disharmony to manifest. Internal and environment challenges can disrupt the body’s ability to bring itself back into balance, creating a situation where stress and fatigue are constant and cumulative. When the body is in a balanced harmony, the body is healthier and has the natural ability to deal with reasonable stress and can regenerate physically and mentally during sleep. Regular toning helps energize the body and restore health to the mind, body and spirit. Practicing mindfulness and awareness can help an individual focus the mind on a particular object, thought, activity, event, ect. Direct your attention away from negative kinds of thinking and engage with the world around you in a more positive perspective. Mindfulness and awareness while meditating is when you focus on being intensely aware of what you are seeing and feeling in the moment without interpretation or judgement. Every action we preform has a conscious or unconscious intention behind it. Sound carries our intention from us to another.
