West Wind Sound Sessions Tarek has been sharing this sound healing music for over a decade. Music helped him when he needed it, this is the best way he found to pay it forward.

It has taken him on a journey all over the world. Now he is happily settled on beautiful Olypimc Penn. West Wind Sound Sessions is the melding of various modalities of Energy Work and Sound Healing. The fusion of these two elements creates a powerful and relaxing experience. The sole aim of this practice is stress relief or achieving deep states of relaxation where the body can naturally heal itself. Crystal bowls, drums, didgeridoos are placed on or played over you. The sound wave can be felt in your body, like a subtle cellular massage. Feelings of rigidity and tension are eroded by soothing vibration like rock dissolved by water. Through continued sessions, stress that has accumulated in your body over the course of your life will be washed away; clearing the way for an enhanced experience of life. Stress is the root cause of so many issues, that this work will aid in an immense diversity of ailments. From Depression to back pain, anything that is out of balance can be restored to homeostasis. The effects of these sessions are similar to profound experiences of deep meditation. So for those who struggle to meditate on their own this is perfect substitute ,or enhancement for those who do! An adventure of self-discovery awaits!

"Spiritual beings having a human experience"

What are we really here for? It's up to each of us to decide for ourselves. Our intention is to create a space where we can explore these questions as a community.

The Olympic Peninsula in Washington, an iconic nature destination, we'll be nestled on an ocean bay. The magical old growth forest, ceremonies, sound baths, local fresh food, breathwork & more helping us reconnect to our own nature and embody deeper authenticity.

As a team, we have years of experience working together to put on these kind of transformative experiences. At the same time, this is a new beginning. A new project incorporating everything we have learned over the years. Some of the many influences include Dr. Gabor Maté, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Eckhart Tolle.
