With the relentless demands of work and life responsibilities, we find ourselves struggling in the pursuit of trying to transform our health and bodies and we are looking for something greater. Sometimes we don’t know what to do to change, but more often it’s that we are stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get out of it.

95% of our behavior occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. That’s why we struggle to make lasting changes and even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short. That’s a problem, and most of what the diet and health industry can offer is “Eat fewer calories and exercise more”. If that worked, it would’ve worked. Did you know that 98% of dieters gain the weight back? And that the average person makes the same health-related New Year’s resolutions ten separate times without success? Why is that? Because they don’t have support and accountability.​

Doctors, dietitians and other practitioners don’t have the time or the skills to help people stay motivated and follow through to get a lasting result. So, people default to their set habits, even when they know those habits make them feel lousy. Without the right system, support and accountability, this dysfunctional cycle will continue and, in many cases, get worse. That’s where Health/Life coaches like myself come in, to provide the right SYSTEM, SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY so you can-finally- make that transformation you desire and to help you achieve what you want in your life.​

Through my personalized one on one training program, you will get all this in the privacy and comfort of a fully equipped studio. 3️⃣ Dance at Zumba with Karina: If somebody were to ask me, what things has always been a part of my life? Without even thinking, I would say, “Fitness and Dancing”. I grew up in a musical country, in a family where music was always present. I danced since I was a child. I was always a part of my school dance team, took private classes, and gave private and public dancing presentations as a group, as well as couple dancing. It was not only a way of life; it also brought me tremendous satisfaction. Today, thanks to ZUMBA, I can enjoy that passion once again and share it with others. While incorporating DANCE into my fitness routine, I am also offering the BEST cardiovascular exercise there is, “high energy interval cardio training” and ZUMBA gave me the opportunity to teach and share with everyone, all the fun, energy and benefits that cardiovascular exercise can bring, all while “having a blast”! Yes… fresh starts are always available.
Every day is a chance to reset, restart, reinvent.

But also…

A “fresh start” only works if you don’t bring the same habits, patterns, and mindset right back into it.
Otherwise, it’s just the same cycle on repeat.

APRIL 2026 MOTTO: Fresh Start / Never Too Late

This past week seemed filled with news about death, sickness, and tragedy, some of it hitting way too close to home.

It’s like mortality gets pushed right to the front of your mind.
You feel the weight of it… and it can either pull you into a dark spiral, or wake you up to live better.

Because we all know the reality, we’re all going to die.

So what’s the point of living a healthy, fitness-focused life if there are no guarantees?
If sickness, injuries, and tragedy can still happen?

The point is the quality of your life while you’re here.
And giving yourself the best chance at a longer one.

I don’t train, eat well, and take care of myself to avoid death.
I do it so I can live with:

Energy.
Focus.
Strength.
Freedom.
Pride.

To move how I want.
To show up fully.
To experience life without unnecessary limits.

So let me ask you…

Do you like how you’re living right now?

Are you satisfied with the results your choices are creating?

Are you treating yourself like someone you actually care about?

Because here’s the deal…

It’s never too late for a fresh start.
Until it is.

And if you woke up today, there’s still life in you.

If you fell off your routine a little (or a lot)… good.
That means you’re human.

But here’s what I want you to remember:

APRIL 2026 MOTTO: FRESH START / NEVER TOO LATE

Not next Month.
Not “when life calms down.”
Right now.

This journey is like riding a horse 🐎
You might fall… but you don’t stay down.
You dust yourself off, reset, and get back on.

Because you’ve already felt it before…
That version of you that feels
STRONG.
ENERGETIC.
CONFIDENT.
IN CHARGE.

That version didn’t disappear…
It’s just waiting for you to come back.

So instead of overthinking it, keep it simple:

Move your body.
Fuel with intention.
Protect your energy.

APRIL 2026 MOTTO:
FRESH START/NEVER TOO LATE

Sometimes people worry so much about dying…
but don’t do much about actually living.

I’ve caught myself in that too, overthinking, waiting for the “right time,” wondering if I’m too late to start something.

Life isn’t something you figure out first and then go live.
You kind of figure it out as you go.

Trying things.
Learning.
Adjusting.
Starting again.

And we all do that our own way!

The way I see it is, as long as you still have the desire to live, to learn, to experience, to grow…
you’re going to have to start again more than once.

That’s not you failing.
That’s just how life works.

Fresh starts, resets, pivots, reinventions…
on repeat.
And, thats good news! It totally proves that it’s never too late…

It’s NOT too late to:
Shift your mindset
Take care of your health
Learn something new
Change direction
Fix something that matters
Slow down
Speak up
Walk away
Begin again

You don’t need a perfect plan (who actually has that anyway 😄)
You just need to start where you are.

Messy, late, unsure… it’s always been like that for me anyway 🤪

Learning that making things too big just keeps us stuck.
Keeping it simple, starting small… that’s what actually gets things moving.

Time is going to pass anyway.
That part we can’t control.

So I keep asking myself…
Am I going to spend that time overthinking and putting things off…
or actually doing something that matters to me?

That desire to grow, to improve, to try again?

That’s a good thing.
A sign that we’re still in it… still becoming.

And I think that’s kind of the point.

We’re not here to just exist.
We’re here to live with purpose.

So if something’s been on your heart…

It’s not too late.
It’s just time to start.

WOW… what a night!!! 😅🥳
My heart is FULL in the best way.

Thank you to every single one of you who came out, showed up, danced your heart out, and stayed to celebrate with us after 🫶 The energy, the laughter, the LOVE… unmatched.

Our Spring/Easter vibes were on point, from the bunny ears to our super fun Easter egg hunt 🐣 (yes… we are grown and still hunting eggs and I LOVE it 😂), to all the amazing raffles and surprises 🎁
A HUGE shoutout to my incredible team for helping everything come together so beautifully. It truly takes a village, and I’m beyond grateful for mine 🙏

And of course… celebrating ALL our April birthdays 🥳🎂 (including me 😏💁‍♀️)… I had SO MUCH FUN! Can’t think on a better way to celebrate my birthday 🥳❤️

MARCH 2026 MOTTO: IT TAKES COURAGE

Some days… doing the things you know are good for you feels like pulling teeth.

Not just the gym…
eating better, drinking your water, getting enough rest, staying on track…

Your brain starts talking:

“I’m tired.”
“I’ll start tomorrow.”
“One more won’t matter.”

And if we’re being honest… we’ve all been there.

But this isn’t just about a strong body.
It’s about building a strong mind and a life that actually feels good to live in.

Because taking care of your health isn’t one big heroic moment, it’s a bunch of small decisions, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

It’s not that comfort is bad. We all need it.

But unchecked?
Comfort can quietly take over.

The more we lean into easy, (easy food, easy choices, easy dopamine),
the easier it is to slowly drift away from the things we said we wanted.

Not all at once… little by little.

And that’s how we end up
overstimulated, overfed, and underfulfilled.

Not because we don’t care…
but because we stop choosing the hard things that actually move us forward.

So maybe this is what we all need to keep coming back to:

Courage.

Courage to show up when it’s inconvenient.
Courage to make the better choice more often than not.
Courage to course-correct and keep it moving.

Not perfect.
Just… consistent.

Because every time you choose the better option, (even imperfectly)
you’re not just building healthier habits…

you’re building a stronger version of yourself.

And that’s something worth showing up for. 💪
