I'm Rachel, the owner of Nature Mama Body Care, LLC. Nearly a decade ago, while dealing with autoimmune, reproductive, and gut health issues, I realized commercial products in stores were riddled with harmful chemicals, fillers, and additives. I would flare up and react to most of what I used, and when I had my son - his skin was the same way. This is when I began my journey studying plant medicine and Ethnobotany. I immersed myself in formal education in the following Holistic Fields: Cosmetic Formulation Chemistry, Aromatouch Technique Massage and Clinical Aromatherapy, Metaphysical Sciences, Nutrition, and Master Reiki. My mission was to use natural solutions from the earth extracted and infused into topicals and tinctures to get the most out of their benefits. All of Nature Mama Body Care product ingredients are safe for the whole family; organically grown, wild foraged or exotically sourced. I specialize in custom orders and offer a variety of skin and body care that is deeply nourishing. Learning the unique synergy between the properties of essential oils, plants, and crystals was so intriguing - I had to share it with others. Our products contain live botanical, vitamin, and essential minerals. Some of our best sellers include whipped body cream, lotions, salves, and artisanal soaps, handcrafted bath bombs, shower steamers, massage oils and rollerballs. We also carry age defying skincare like honey face cleansers and scrubs, rose toner, moisturizers, and serums. We have helped Estheticians, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors and Energy Workers develop and launch their own custom product line that suits their client’s needs. Last year, after 7 years in business and over 800 testimonials, we opened our storefront located in the Mountains of Divide, Colorado. We feature local, like-minded artisans, crafts/decor, and are affiliates to Health and Wellness companies. We also love to share DIY videos and host educational workshops. Our initiative has gained a lot of support from the collective and we look forward to sharing our work to you here!

The Buckley's have been soaking up the last couple weeks with our rainbow baby, Leon!!!

Thank you for blessing our lives with Joy and Gratitude. 🙏 With this new addition; and current affairs of the World I have taken a bit of a hiatus from social media to protect our peace and mental wellness. Thank you for your patience as we are integrating all of the things into our new daily routines and spending time away from screens and distractions as much as possible.

Product formulation and shipping is back on the schedule at a limited pace. Our website disclosure will stay posted for now but you can expect turnaround time of 1-2 weeks depending on customization and volume of order. 🧴

This is such a surreal time..remembering how this company was conceived. A decade ago; our first born Jude was five months old. After seeing what was on the market for mother and baby care (poison) I was compelled to make a huge impact and difference, especially within my network and community. I didn't set out to be a large corporation - but a brand who had the capacity to listen, and create intentionally.
People deserve better. Handcrafted, herbal infused products and wellness that our ancestors would approve, and be proud of. Reconnecting families back to the land for natural solutions. 🌿🌾

Monday, August 18th and I were grateful to honor our 7th Wedding Anniversary and 13th year in love. 🤍 Followed by a couple amazing days celebrating my 38th Solar Return celebration (8/20) and approaching 38 weeks blessed with Leon. 🤰

I hope you enjoy the beauty and love captured between our family in these photos as much as we do. I bawled my eyes out in gratitude when I saw them for our newest miracle Leon, what we've overcome to get here, and the opportunity to work with this photographer.

On our anniversary, we also gained an angel in the family that I am convinced is carrying this special soul into creation earthside. The delicate balance of Life Force given/taken is something I've always trusted, and I now understand that purpose. 🌟 😇

We are wrapping up the last of our website and wholesale orders before we place production on a temporary hold. Thank you for being patient with us as we are working through order que while I am now 36 weeks! Our next LIVE SALE will be held this Saturday; August 16th on FB from 3-7pm. This will be the last before Leon is here; and then I will be hosting them with him in a carrier. 😅 Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend. **1:1 shopping can be scheduled with me; we have a few slots open til the end of the year.

I was chosen as his protector, and mother of mother's, earth and nature. I was enlisted to demand higher standards for all, and to highlight the medicine offered within our soil. Its worth more than Gold. I am so lucky to have had 10 precious years with him as our own.
To spend all of our time with, not just teaching him our ways - but learning so much from him. Witnessing his creativity, , strength and talents. I am so proud of who he is now, and who he is becoming. Soon, Jude will be a big brother, but this weekend is all about him!!! Happy Birthday, son. We love you 💛💫

Order Status: As of now, our Etsy shop is now on vacation mode until further notice.
We are busy providing our wholesale accounts, custom and website orders - however we will be temporarily shutting MOST of them down by the 16th of August. We will be hosting ONE MORE pop-up live next month as well before we take time off til the end of September. Many have already begun to prepare for this temporary pause in production by purchasing bulk items and orders that will last for the duration of our break. We are accepting those until 8/16.

We appreciate your patience and understanding through this major change in our lives. Jude's birth was the pivotal moment that transformed me into the Herbalist, chemist, and creator I am so we look forward to seeing all the upgrades Motherhood 2.0 will bring into our practice. 🙏
