Did you know scoliosis affects an estimated 2–3% of the population and the vast majority are girls, especially during their growth spurts between ages 10–15? That means millions of young women worldwide are navigating life with this condition, and they deserve support, community, and hope. 💪🏽
June was Scoliosis Awareness Month and we had the incredible honor of attending and supporting an amazing non-profit organization The Curvy Girls dedicated to young girls living with scoliosis. 💙 From the very beginning, we’ve stood by their side as they’ve built a powerful community rooted in education, awareness, and empowerment.⁠.
Watching this group grow from an idea into a thriving support network has been nothing short of inspiring. Their mission to help young women navigate life with scoliosis, with strength, confidence, and connection, is changing lives every day. 💪🏽💫

🧠 Diagnosis: Herniated L5/S1 disc with nerve compression, back pain & lumbar instability
⚠️ Symptoms: Sciatica, lower back pain, reduced mobility

✅ Treatment: Minimally invasive L5/S1 spinal fusion
