                                            A classic 🔪
The Dermaplaning facial is ALWAYS a favorite, and can also be added to most facials.
Dermaplaning scrapes away the top layer of the skin, dead skin cells and vellus hair, giving the area a deeper exfoliation, and reducing pore size.
Why is this beneficial? It allows for deeper product pe*******on, so not only is it letting any mask that is applied after work better by removing any excess barrier, but also affects your home routine, by allowing your products to pe*****te deeper!
Dermaplaning vs. Microdermabrasion:
Dermaplaning uses a scalpel to scrape away the top layer of the skin, dead skin cells and hair, while microdermabrasion is essentially power washing your skin and sucking up residue. While both have their benefits, we prefer Dermaplaning for our treatments because of the added benefits of a slightly deeper exfoliation, as it removes the top layer of the skin. You can expect to be a little red (think slight sunburn) for up to 24hrs. Dermaplaning is also perfect for upcoming events because it leaves the skin smooth, so makeup up application looks 🔥!
