Happy Birthday to our HIGH Fitness Queen, Liz 💛 (Please Read ⬇️)

From the very first class of HIGH Fitness hosted at our original studio in downtown Dixon, Liz has been the heartbeat of the community she helped build. She didn’t just teach a class, she started a wildfire that grew into one of the strongest, most joyful communities inside our studio walls and dare we say, our city!

And while we’re beyond proud to celebrate her newest accomplishment, becoming a certified yoga instructor, we also have bittersweet news to share…

Liz is moving to Colorado, and her last class at Busy Bee will be Tuesday, July 1st.

We’ll still offer HIGH Fitness, taught by the amazing instructors she’s mentored and welcomed in with so much care, but now’s the time to soak up every moment of her energy and magic while you can.

Liz has been the studio’s right hand since the very beginning. Always showing up for her students, fellow instructors, and the studio itself, no task too big or small, no moment she wouldn’t step up for.

Busy Bee simply wouldn’t be what it is without her.
We’re going to miss her so much, but we know she’s about to bring her incredible light and dance moves to her new home in Colorado 💃

And something tells us she’ll never be too far…we already have our eyes on some pop-up classes for future visits.

Thank you, Liz. You’ve left a forever mark here 🤍
