(Both locations are typically over an hour away.) This close location has helped reduce patient stress that surfaces as a result of frequent travel.

The benefit of the cancer center has been that patients who are diagnosed with cancer and are prescribed radiation treatment do not have to travel to Rockford or the Quad Cities for their treatment.

Happy Radiologic Technologist week! This is our time to recognize and honor the vital work of medical imaging and radiologic technologists in health care safety! Our staff is happy to serve you. Here with us is Jade, a student from College of DuPage. We can take up to one student from C.O.D. every year who is looking to be a Radiation Therapist. We also let students from Sauk Valley shadow for a day so they can see what great careers are out there. We love helping the medical field grow! ☢️
