If you haven’t heard of EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique, you may want to try this technique out.
The first thing you need to do is to identify what you would like to release and what you would like to replace it with.

During the process you may find yourself yawning. That is a sign that you are releasing deep seated beliefs in your subconscious mind. Often those beliefs are buried so deeply you aren’t aware that they are there.
This process is a wonderful technique to use when you feel stuck, like nothing is working out in your life and you don’t know what to do.
I hope you give it a try. You may have to use this process more than once to shift stuck energy in your life.
