Here’s a simple and effective to clean, clear and create beautiful energy in your seven main chakras.

Begin either with your crown chakra or your root chakra. Imagine, see or sense a ball of beautiful clean white light in the center of that chakra. While seeing or sensing the beautiful bright white ball of light in that chakra, imagine you stretch the ball of white light out beyond your physical body. Stretch it out and feel the positive energy build. If you wish, bring the energy back into the small ball of white light inside your body in that energy centre.

Once you’ve done that, move to the next chakra and continue for each chakra.

Close the meditation by seeing each chakra clean, clear and filled with white light.

If you wish, run white light up the centre of your body from root to crown and back down again.

Use this meditation whenever you desire a reset, an energetic clean up or peace.

Much love to you all.

Thank you for being here. I appreciate you 🙏💞

Do you desire a quick and easy way to self empowerment?

Then use the shakti mudra often.

Use it when you feel like you need direction from your higher self.

Use it when you need to believe in yourself.

Use it when you feel unsure.

Just use it to build a better life!

Here is something to help anyone who feels fatigue, overwhelmed or stressed.

These images contain mudras or hand gestures to help anyone who uses them to shift and balance their energy.

Mudra is a Sanskrit word which refers to a symbolic hand gesture that initiates power and produces joy and peace to the mind and soul of the one practicing it.

Our hands hold a self-healing power which has been used for centuries in treating various illnesses. Our hands decode our karma and or fingers interpret our power points. Our fingers bind a link between universal cosmic energy and pranic forces.

The 1st mudra or hand gesture shown here is called the Gyun mudra.

Gyan mudra refers to the gesture of knowledge and wisdom. It is connected to the element of air. Using this mudra provides peace to one’s mind, calm to the body and positive progress to the soul. It helps reduces sleep disorders, releases stress and anger, increases concentration and memory, as well as helps release depression and headaches. It can be used at any time when you feel you need to balance your energy.

The second mudra shown is the Prana mudra. It helps connect you to the Akash or Aether, the spiritual element of existence. This mudra helps you to boost up your energy, cleanses your aura and provides a positive vibe coming out of you. Whenever you feel tired and stressed, use this mudra. It will help relax your mind. Prana mudra is beneficial to help release or heal all types of illness and is believed to transmit special power to the eyes.

The third mudra is the Prithvi mudra. It refers to the element of earth. Use this mudra when you feel ungrounded. Lotus pose (seated cross legged) is one of the most practised poses with this mudra. Practicing Prithvi mudra for 30-45 minutes every day is very beneficial as it helps in increasing the focus, improves digestive system, removes deficiency of vitamins, reduce stress and weakness and in weight gain.

The fourth mudra is the Varun mudra. It refers to the gesture of water. The biggest element of human body is water. Varun mudra helps balance this aspect of the body. It helps prevent all the diseases which arise due to lack of water or dryness. This mudra should be practised in a sitting pose or lying down.

Practise these mudras when you feel ungrounded or overwhelmed. As you begin to use them routinely, you will find yourself able to shift your energy quickly and easily.

Here’s a powerful way to shift your energy while you walk.

It’s called a Walking Meditation. It is a powerful experience and easy way to shift your focus.

Think of a feeling or energy that you would like to bring into your life right now. Some examples are peace, love, prosperity, success, happiness, community, and unity.

Take your word and use it to create an I AM statement, like this:

I am love.
I am loving.
I am loved.
I am peace.
I am peaceful.
I am prosperous.
I am unified with the Source.
I am unified with Source energy.

Once you’ve chosen the statement that feels like it’s the one for you in your current state of mind, go for a walk. While you’re walking, say or think your I AM statement while breathing in. After you breathe out, think or say your I AM statement again on your next in breath. Continue this pattern until your walk ends.

This walking meditation brings the energy of your I AM statement into your current existence, your mind, and into your cellular structure. Understand that all we really have is this moment. The past is gone. It already happened. The future has yet to be determined. This meditation helps you move forward into a future that you are creating in the present moment.

Practice this meditation every day for one week and see what happens. Start with one walk a day. If you feel like you have the time or need to do it more than once a day, walk early in the day and then walk again near the end of your day. Or use it when your mind is busy, stressed or worried.

If you find the I AM statement feels like it’s getting stuck inside you, continue breathing and breathe it out. So the statement would be said or thought on the in and out breath. You could also say or think your I AM statement on the in breath and say its opposite on the out breath. Here’s an example:

I AM loved.
Rejection is released.

Or:
I AM prosperous.
Lack is released.

If you are unable to go for a walk outside, say or sing your I AM statement while you’re doing something inside, like cleaning your house, cooking, or even while you’re rocking in a rocking chair.

We ARE what we think, say and do. When your life isn’t as positive as you would like it to be, use this meditation to shift your energy.

Love ya!

In and Out Breath Meditation

This is the first meditation I will be sharing with you. I received the inspiration to share this simple and effective meditation technique during a morning meditation.

Here it is:

Choose a word that contains the energy you wish to bring into your life. It can be any positive word, like love, peace, positivity, abundance or wealth.

On your in breath, say or think something like, I breathe in (insert your word here) while breathing through your nose.

On your out breath say or think the opposite of your positive word. So if you chose love as your positive word, after you breathe in your positive word and its energy, say or think something like, fear is released, while breathing out through your nose.

A sample meditation would be like this:
In breath: I breathe in love.
Out breath: Fear is released.

Continue the pattern of in and out breathing only through your nose.

Why only breathe through your nose?

When you breathe in and out through your nose, your focus and consciousness is placed in your head, mind and upper chakras. This takes your energy and focus out of your lower three chakras or energy centers where our focus usually resides.

Practice this technique whenever you want to shift your focus, feel out of control or overwhelmed with your life and the choices you have to make.

Much love to you all!

I have an idea, and if you’re interested, read on.

I have a plan to create metaphysical trips to Mother Earth’s Chakras.

These are the areas that are considered to be her chakras:

1. Root Chakra - Mt. Shasta in California.

2. Solar Plexus Chakra - The Titicaca Stone by Lake Titicaca located at a place where Peru and Bolivia intersect.

3. Sacral Chakra - Uluru, Australia

4. Heart Chakra - Stonehenge and the surrounding area of Glastonbury

5. Throat Chakra - The Great Pyramid, Mt. Sinai and the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem.

6. Third Eye Chakra - It’s currently located in Stonehenge during the Age of Aquarius and moves to Brazil in the Age of Capricorn.

7. Crown Chakra - Mt. Kailash, Himalayan mountains, Tibet.

I will be posting more information as the plans get underway for the first trip which will be to Mt. Shasta in California in the summer of 2026. This trip is very special and sacred. Therefore, whoever decides to go must undergo special preparations before they can plan to attend. I will be sending the preparation information well before the first trip actually happens.

I’m pretty excited about the spiritual aspect of these trips. I’ve done a couple shorter versions of what we’ll be doing on these trips, and while the experience was wonderful, I found that the people who attended needed to understand more about managing their energy before they attended a spiritual event with me.

Stay tuned for more information. I will share it right here.

Much love to you all and thank you for being here 💞

Happy Monday Dragonladies!

This week I’ll try to behave myself but I do have a weird story to tell you.

The other night when I was meditating, I saw in my third eye, some dark scaled skin, the eye opened a bit. The opening was a small dark slit.

The opening got wider, and my view also widened. I was looking at a close up of my dragon’s eye.

So, remember, this is during my meditation.

The scene changed. I was on the back of my dragon and we were flying through the air. We flew for a while and then when we reached a building, my dragon landed on the roof.

The roof of the building felt like home.

Has anyone experienced a meditation or a dream that included their dragon?

If you have, please share your story with us in the comments below.

Much love to you all, my beautiful Dragonladies. 🐲🥰

Taken directly from an Earthmonk post this morning. Reasons to reflect on this particular Chinese Lunar New Year cuz it’s Dragon Time! ⬇️⬇️🤩

GUNG HEI FAT CHOY 💚

As the Lunar New Year begins on February 10, 2024, we move into the year of the Yang Wood Dragon.

The Dragon is one of the most auspicious signs in the Chinese zodiac because of its ability to swim, fly, walk on land, and travel between between dimensions. The dragon represents power and courage, but is also a symbol of peace and the need to come together as one.

The Year of the Dragon is said to be a prosperous year where innovation and business can flourish, and we can step into a greater power and authenticity.

Dragon energy is believed to help sharpen our intelligence, wit, and understanding of the world around us, so expect greater awakenings, ah-ha moments, and a deeper wisdom to unfold as the months progress.

The element of Wood helps to soften and slow down the energy of the Dragon.

Dragons can be quite fierce and hasty. Their anger can easily rise, leading to outbursts or leading with the ego rather than the heart.

The Wood Dragon is quietly confident and does things with order and meticulousness. The Dragon is highly innovative and confident, but the element of Wood allows the Dragon to take its time and focus on building a solid foundation.

Wood energy allows us to grow, expand, and keep our vision on track for the long term. The Season of Spring is connected to the element of Wood, so this year of the Dragon will help us to create new beginnings, plant new seeds, and allow our garden to flourish.

The energy is ripe for new beginnings and undergoing new ventures, but we have to create stability and work from the heart.
Green is connected to the element of wood and the heart-chakra, so in the year of the Dragon, we are going to be constantly reminded to come back to the heart, and to open ourselves to receiving.

Relationship themes may also come up for us under the Year of the Dragon, which is mirrored in Western Astrology this year too. We may find ourselves needing to balance our relationships with our sense of independence and authenticity. We may find ourselves asking how we can be more of our true selves even when in partnership with others and with the world at large.

The Yang quality that joins the Wood Dragon indicates decisiveness, taking action, and being firm and bold in our steps moving forward. Yang energy can be forceful, so we do need to be mindful of not pushing our way forward to get what we want.

We need to practice being calmly authoritative and respecting our boundaries and the boundaries of others.”~

Mudra Time!!!!!

First of all, happy Monday!

Here’s something for you to try out. Add it to your mantra meditation as see if it makes a difference. The explanation is long but most definitely worth a read.

Mudra is a Sanskrit word which refers to a symbolic hand gesture that initiates power. It produces joy and peace to the mind and soul of the one practicing it. Practicing mudras on a daily basis helps to better one’s overall health and creates a feeling of calmness.

Our hands hold a self-healing power which has been used for centuries in treating various illnesses. Our hands decode our karma and our fingers interpret our power points. Our fingers bind a link between universal cosmic energy and pranic forces.

Mudras have been used since ancient times. There are about 399 mudras. They are a part of Hindu and Buddhist ritual and are largely used in dance, yoga and meditation.

Mudras help connect our brain to the body. There are various types of hand mudras and each one them has the ability to influence our emotional, physical and spiritual body. Practicing hand mudras helps in keeping our mind and body positive and calm, soothe pain, increase vitality, boost pleasure and provides a feeling of well-being.

There are a lot a lot of benefits that hand mudras offer us. The accompanying image shows the hand and finger positions for the mudras listed in the description below. Try each one of them during your daily mantra meditation to help you anchor in your mantra words. Notice if there is a difference in how it feels when you use the mudras and when you do not. Try alternating using a hand mudra and then saying your mantra without the hand mudra.

Gynan Mudra

Gyan mudra refers to the gesture of knowledge and wisdom. Perform this mudra lightly joining the thumb and the tip of index finger, stretching other three fingers out. This mudra has been used for thousands of years by yogis and their followers. Performing this mudra provides peace to one’s mind, calm to the body and positive progress to the soul. Gyan mudra is very efficient as it helps in reducing sleep disorders, releases stress and anger, increases concentration and memory, as well as helps release depression and headaches. It can be practiced at any time while you are performing yoga, feeling stressed or angry, or meditating.

Prana Mudra

Prana mudra refers to the gesture of life. Perform this mudra by joining the thumb to the tip of ring finger and little finger lightly keeping the other two fingers stretched out. This mudra helps you to boost up your energy, cleanses your aura and provides a positive vibe coming out of you. Whenever you feel tired and stressed, you can practice this mudra and it will make your mind feel relaxed. Prana mudra is beneficial for all types of illness and is believed to transmit special power to the eyes.

Privthvi Mudra

Prithvi mudra refers to the gesture of the earth. Perform this mudra by firmly joining the thumb with the tip of ring finger, while the other three fingers are stretched out. Spending any amount of time in this position can be beneficial to your health.

Varun Mudra

Varun mudra refers to the gesture of water. The biggest element of human body is water, and varun mudra works for the same. It helps prevent all the diseases which arise due to lack of water or dryness. Performing this mudra includes joining of the thumb to the tip of little finger. This mudra should be practised in a sitting pose or lying down.

Surya Mudra

Surya mudra refers to the gesture of fire. It is a very powerful mudra and helps in maintaining body temperature and keeps metabolism strong. To perform this mudra, bend the ring finger into your palm and join its tip to the bottom of the thumb while the thumb presses the middle bone of ring finger.

There are many other hand mudras you can learn. If you’re interested and curious, do an internet search to discover more mudra power.
