Hi!! We’re Sara Fordham, FNP-BC, and Sherri Englund, RN, MSN—together, we’re the heart of Biding Time Med Spa. With extensive nursing experience, we bring both clinical expertise and a deep passion for aesthetics to every client we serve.

💉 Sara, our Founder & CEO, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a background in emergency, family, and specialty care and a full practice authority license. She’s a skilled injector with advanced training in aesthetics, and she’s committed to helping clients feel confident and beautiful—while also balancing life as a wife and mom of two teens.

💉 Sherri is a certified cosmetic injector with advanced training in neurotoxin and dermal fillers, and a love for skincare and patient care. Her clinical experience spans ICU to internal medicine—and now, she’s focused on helping others look and feel their best.

We’re here to help you feel refreshed, confident, and cared for—and we’re so excited to use this platform to share tips, advice, product + treatment recommendations, and more!
