The program:
Your session can be in person at Ruth's Home Sanctuary in Montecito, or by Zoom. Upon registration, you will be contacted to set an appointment.
Prepare with 30 minutes meditation before and after the work.
A Session is approximately 1.5 hours of complete quiet time away from phones or obligations. We suggest to take your day off to be in silence.
40 day personalized follow up instructions & practices will anchor this new awareness.
