So excited for this class to begin this Saturday! Belinda and I will teach a gentle version in the water and only those who want to will climb up on the water boards for an extra challenge!!!!

In conjunction with Arukah Institute of Healing, Inc. NFP, the Bureau County Metro Center is excited to offer Aqua Yoga! This is a 6-week program, beginning Saturday, October 1st, at 11:15am. Aqua yoga is for all levels! The water creates a lower impact on
joints than traditional yoga, while the option of balancing on the
floating Aqua Power mats adds an additional challenge for those interested. There are only 12 spots available, so give us a call or click the link below to register!

Hey Everybody❣ I have accepted a Kindergarten teaching position and am only teaching 🧘‍♀️ Tue/Thu at TWC 9:30-10:45 in July. I am also available for Thai Bodywork through 8/5. Let me know if you'd like to drop in before I turn in my keys 🤗. P.S. Brandan Lumzy is is picking up most, if not all, of my classes as I transition out, so there will be no interruption in classes, just a fresh new practice 🧘🏿‍♂️.

Hi Everyone! I have now completed my certification in Nutrition for Chronic Disease Management & Health Promotion and am ready to coach those interested in healing and weight loss using food as medicine.

In addition, I am completing a Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification and am using that information to add more physical therapy to the yoga instruction and bodywork (massage) sessions I provide. This combination of exercise and massage improves range of motion, energy flow, strength, and vitality in my clients.

I am also teaching meditation 1:1 and preparing to offer group meditation soon.
