Today was a reminder of why Value Lab exists.

Our patient had been feeling awful for weeks and was not herself. She’d seen doctors, asked the right questions, but still didn’t have answers. Not for lack of care, but because sometimes the system just moves too slowly.

She came to Value Lab, ordered her tests, without a doctor’s order, and within 24 hours had a clear result: Lyme disease.

This isn’t about pointing fingers. It’s about the power of access. Access to information, clarity, and a different path when you’re stuck.
