Jessica Trudeau, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s more difficult seasons. She brings experience across multidisciplinary settings and has extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a continued commitment to expanding her clinical skills and evidence-based approaches to best support her clients.
Jessica is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served four years on active duty. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in addictions (2018) and her Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in forensic social work (2019), both from Aurora University.
Jessica supports individuals facing concerns such as grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, military and veteran-related stressors, first responder concerns, self-harm, substance use, gambling, compulsive sexual behaviors, eating disorders, and other mental health needs.
