Starting February 4th we have a whole new Wednesday schedule including a new mixed class: Barrelates. This new class gives you the benefits of both barre and pilates. You get the strengthening of a barre class combined with the core and alignment benefits of Pilates!
Schedule:
Small group reformer class - 9:30 a.m.
Barrelates - 10:45 a.m.
Small group reformer class - 5:15 p.m.
Mindful vinyasa yoga - 6:15 p.m.
