I celebrated THREE years (in march, whoops 😬 )
As I look back on the three years I’ve been here I am just overwhelmed with so much joy and I am so insanely thankful for every single one of you that has believed in me, trusted me with your self care and recommend me to your friends.

I 🤍 chair massage days!

I was given the opportunity to sponsor an athlete at the powerlifting competition at Flex Fitness 24/7! In a random turn of events the athlete I sponsored is a kid I’ve known since he was little! Aiden Villalovos absolutely killed it and placed 1st in his weight class and is on his way to Nationals later this year! This young man is an absolute power house!
