At Victory Clinic, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional leadership. We are honored to welcome Phil Ginder as our Chief Operating Officer.
When asked what excites him most about joining Victory Clinic, Phil shared:
“Mostly, it’s about the people. I am excited to be working with Drs. Robert and Kristie Clark again and the great teams they have assembled. I also love the fact that this team’s focus is on helping people heal and live their best lives.”
Phil brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across military and civilian healthcare operations, hospital administration, and healthcare innovation. He began his career in 1990 as an enlisted combat medic and went on to retire as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Medical Service Corps after nearly 27 years of active-duty service. He later continued serving an additional five years as a Department of the Army civilian. Most recently, Phil served with United States Army Japan as Deputy Command Surgeon and Program Manager, helping lead innovative healthcare access programs overseas.
In addition to his extensive operational leadership experience, Phil holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Baylor University. His dedication to operational excellence, compassionate care, and intentional leadership aligns deeply with Victory Clinic’s mission to create safe, healing spaces where people can truly grow and thrive.
Phil also noted the unique connection he feels to each community Victory Clinic serves, having previously been stationed at Fort Leavenworth, Fort Riley, and Fort Carson, and later living near Dodge City after retiring from active duty.
“It feels like I was destined to be a part of Victory Clinic,” Phil shared.
We are grateful to have Phil’s leadership, experience, and vision as part of our growing team, and we look forward to this next chapter together. Please join us in welcoming Phil Ginder to Victory Clinic!
