We are a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community dedicated to serving our residents with a culture inspired by our Christian values. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), also called a Life Plan Community, Manor of the Plains offers independent living, assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation (PATHยฎ) and respite care โ€” all in an active community with plenty of choices for what to do and how to live.
