Our health department is asking community members to complete a very short, confidential survey about sexual health. If you’ve been tested this year at the health department or are living in the community with HIV, your input is especially helpful, but everyone is welcome to participate.

Your responses help us better understand community needs and improve services for everyone. The survey is quick, anonymous, and completely confidential.

To commemorate Thanksgiving, the Ford County Offices will be closed Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th. We will reopen on Monday, December 1st, during normal hours. Life safety offices will be working these days.
