Oh Mrs. Ellen!! What would we do without you?! Mrs. Ellen made homemade kolache's for our resident's to enjoy while we watched Joe Hall perform as Elvis. Mrs. Ellen is one of our cooks and boy does she spoil us with her homemade goodies!
