What an amazing weekend of learning the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release!

For those who are unfamiliar; Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps relieve tension in the fascia — the thin layer of connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. When this tissue gets tight or restricted, it can cause pain, stiffness, or limited movement. I use slow, sustained pressure to help release those restrictions, improve mobility, and reduce discomfort. It’s not a deep-tissue massage — it’s more about working with your body’s natural healing process to create lasting change.
