I’m so excited to share that I’m officially back and starting to see clients again! 🤍

I’ll be working at a limited capacity for the time being as I continue to recover, but I’m feeling stronger every day and plan to be back to my full schedule by the end of the month.

I can’t wait to reconnect with all of you and get back to doing what I love. Thank you so much for your patience, support, and kindness—it truly means everything to me.

A little update for you all 🤍

I’m officially halfway through my recovery, and I’m so grateful to say that I’m progressing wonderfully. This time has given me a chance to slow down, heal, and truly appreciate how much I love what I do—and all of you who make it so special.

I miss our conversations, your stories, and being part of your self-care routines more than I can put into words. You are the heart of my business, and I feel so lucky to have such an amazing community.

I’m counting down the days until May when I can welcome you back and get my hands back to doing what I love most. I cannot wait to see each and every one of you again!

Five years ago I took a leap of faith and opened my massage practice with a simple goal — to help people feel better in their bodies and create a space where they could truly relax, heal, and recharge.

This month I’m celebrating 5 years in business, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without all of you. To every client who has trusted me with your care, referred a friend, shared kind words, or simply kept coming back… thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Your support has meant everything to me. Watching this little dream grow into something that helps so many people has been incredibly rewarding. Every conversation, every session, and every connection has reminded me why I chose this path.

I’m so grateful to be part of this community and to be part of your wellness journey. I truly have the best clients anyone could ask for.

I’m so happy to share that my shoulder surgery was successful, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care, support, and positive energy that surrounded me through it. 🤍

To all of my amazing clients—thank you for your patience, kindness, and well wishes during this healing time. Your messages and encouragement truly mean more to me than you know.

Right now, my focus is on rest, recovery, and doing everything I need to come back stronger, healthier, and pain-free. I already can’t wait to return to the work I love and to see each of your familiar faces back on my table again.

✨ Dear Beloved Clients ✨

I wanted to share a personal update with you all. I will be having rotator cuff surgery on February 12th and will be taking 12 weeks to fully recover so I can come back strong, healthy, and ready to give you my very best.

In the meantime, I’ve received an injection that is allowing me to continue my work without pain, and I’m so grateful to be able to keep showing up for you during this period.

I am already counting down the days until May, when I’ll be back with a fully healed shoulder and renewed energy. I truly cannot wait to see each of you again and get my hands back to doing what I love—helping you feel your best.
