From the moment you walk into our spacious 2-story building with may specialty rooms for meetings, family gatherings, a beauty salon, puzzle room, exercise room to name a few, you will understand that our goal is simple: to provide quality personalized care and support so you can lead an active, full life in a warm, welcoming environment. Our apartment homes whether a 1 or 2 bedroom, patio or deck have different views/directions to choose from- offers a variety of amenities from activities to housekeeping to your personal healthcare. At Stonefield you will feel right at home from your very first visit. Now is the chance to enjoy a healthy, happy retirement, where every day brings a new experience. Our dedicated staff provides residents with individualized care, while respecting their desire for an independent lifestyle. Stonefield is located on the outskirts of Dodgeville, WI in a beautiful farm land setting. We are a 52 unit Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC). We provide supportive care for people who prefer not to live alone, but who do not need the care provided in a skilled nursing/assisted living facility. We have one and two bedroom apartment homes. All apartment homes have a kitchen which consists of a full refrigerator, stove, sink, dishwasher, and kitchen cabinets. All apartment homes have a private bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a patio or deck. Our Basic Rate Includes:
*A One Bedroom Apartment Home For One Person
*Coffee Clutch At 9:30am Monday-Saturday With A Snack
*Noon Dinner Meal Prepared By Our Chef, Monday-Friday
*All Utilities-Gas, Electricity, Hot And Cold Water, And Sewer Charges *Basic Cable TV
*Washer And Dryer In Your Apartment Home
*Housekeeping Services 1 Time Per Week Including Linen Service
*CNA Or LPN On Duty 5 Daytime Days Per Week And On Call
*Supervised Activities, Events- See Activity Calendar
We also have foot clinics monthly and a beauty/barber salon.
~An assessment for a separate care level fee for health services to meet your individual needs will be given upon approval of your application for residency. We do not require a security deposit, if there is damage to an apartment upon move out, the resident will be charged according to the rules and regulations. This is just a short overview of services provided. We would be happy to answer any questions or give a tour and show you all we have to offer.
