The Cemetery Committee would like to remind you that the Decoration and Homecoming service at Dodson Branch Cemetery will take place this Sunday, July 21st. If you are unable to attend, please consider making a donation to support the upkeep of the cemetery.

We will be receiving donations all day Saturday at the Cemetery and also will take a special offering before the annual business meeting on Sunday afternoon! We look forward to seeing everyone!

Good evening!! As you are aware this week is homecoming and decoration weekend at the cemetery! Unfortunately due to sickness among the committee we aren’t sure how much we will be able to be at the cemetery taking donations and visiting with everyone! We do still ask for your donations to help keep the cemetery mowed. We look forward to seeing everyone at Homecoming on Sunday.

During the high wind the other day this tree blew over in the cemetery! If anyone can and willing to cut it up you are welcome to the wood!

This is the mediation agreement from the lawsuit. All markers must be professionally installed and of a minimum size as outlined in the agreement.

Update:
The committee completed mediation on Thursday and was able to come to a settlement agreement. Once the agreement has been signed and approved by the judge we will update everyone on what the outcome was.

Update:
Unfortunately the lawsuit against the Cemetery is going forward. We will be entering court appointed mediation on August 26th. If we come to no resolution at mediation then the case will go in front of a judge. Please pray we can reach an agreement and put this behind us.
