✨ MEET THE PRACTITIONER ✨
Claire Nicole’s work is rooted in a lifetime of movement, healing, and deep listening to the body. Her journey began at the age of three through dance, eventually leading her to sign her first professional contract at fourteen with Cedar Lake 2, the second company of the internationally renowned Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet in New York City. Years of performing and studying the intelligence of the body—including time at The Juilliard School and with Missouri Contemporary Ballet—cultivated a profound understanding of embodiment and somatic awareness.
In 2014, while backpacking through Southeast Asia, Claire experienced a pivotal inner calling to study healing through the lens of Eastern traditions and therapeutic touch. She returned to the United States to attend the Denver School of Massage Therapy, graduating with a 4.0 GPA while serving as a school ambassador and work-study student. Her training includes 13 therapeutic modalities, including Craniosacral Therapy, and she is also Sacred Lomi Lomi certified.
Claire’s practice weaves together bodywork, energy medicine, and nervous system restoration. She holds certifications in Reiki, sound healing through Three Trees in Sedona, carries the Munay Ki rites of passage, a lineage of Andean energy medicine, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). She is also a Certified INELDA Death Doula, Medical Aid in Dying, and Home Healthcare Aid.
Her sessions are intuitive and integrative, blending therapeutic massage, subtle energetic work, and deep presence to support the body’s natural ability to restore, realign, and remember its own wholeness.
