Yesss!!! Join us at Laughing Buddha Yoga and Wellness and experience something no place has here in our area - Himalayan salt room… I absolutely love Himalayan salt rooms! Great for my skin great for my asthma and allergies and it’s just a beautiful way to relax. While you’re there, try the infrared light or the courts red light sauna or even hop on the haptic mat! It’s time to take yourself care back!! I know I am ❤️

EDITED to ADD:
The salt room can accomodate 5 people per session. I recommend reserving a spot as i cannot guarantee a space for walk in. Sessions will run hourly and the last session will begin at 6 pm.

Friends… the salt has arrived, and it’s ready to work its quiet magic. ✨
Laughing Buddha Yoga and Wellness is beyond excited to announce that ✨ The Salty Buddha ✨ opens tomorrow!
Step into a space where the air itself becomes part of your healing…
What is Halotherapy?
Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, gently disperses microscopic salt particles into the air. As you relax, you simply breathe them in. These tiny mineral-rich particles travel through the respiratory system and settle on the skin, working from the inside out.
Why your body will love it:
🌿 Supports respiratory health (think easier breathing, clearer airways)
🌿 Helps reduce inflammation in the lungs and sinuses
🌿 Encourages skin clarity and soothing (eczema, acne, irritation)
🌿 Boosts immune function naturally
🌿 Promotes deep relaxation and nervous system reset
It’s like sitting by the ocean… without the drive, the wind, or the sand in your shoes. Just calm, quiet, salt-infused stillness. 🌊
What to expect at The Salty Buddha:
You’ll be gently guided into the salt room where your reset begins…
🪑 Choose your spot in one of our cozy zero gravity chairs
🎧 Bring headphones if you want your own soundscape—or enjoy ours
📖 Bring a book, or simply close your eyes and drift
💧 A bottle of water is always a good idea
🦶 Shoes are optional… barefoot is highly encouraged
We’ll take a few moments to ground you, settle your breath, and ease you into the space. Then soft music will carry you where you need to go… and for 45 minutes, you simply exist. No effort. No expectations. Just rest.
✨ Opening Day Special ✨
Tomorrow only, sessions are FREE as our way of saying thank you for being part of this beautiful community.
🕙 Sessions begin at 10:00 AM
⏰ 45-minute sessions
🧘‍♀️ Start times are on the hour

📲 Text 970-394-8570 to book

We can’t wait to share this space with you.
Get salty… the peaceful way. 🧂🧘‍♂️

Starting May 20th at 6p at Laughing Buddha Yoga and Wellness I will be holding monthly Women's Circles. Our first circle will focused on Coming Back to Yourself. Theme: Awaken~ join us every month or when you feel like you need community. $10/class or $25 for the three months. Please RSVP your spot with Laughing Buddha Yoga and Wellness

Spring is a natural time of renewal—of coming back to life after periods of dormancy. This quarter invites women to gently wake up to themselves, open into possibility, and begin creating from a place of alignment rather than survival.

Focus: Awareness, presence, and reconnection
This month is about gently waking up—without pressure—to what has been numb, quiet, or overlooked.
Discussion Themes:
Where have I been on autopilot?
What is my body trying to tell me lately?
What parts of me are asking to be seen or heard?
Reconnecting with intuition and inner knowing
Practices:
Somatic check-in (noticing sensations without judgment)
Breathwork or gentle grounding
Journaling: “What is waking up in me right now?”
Optional ritual: Setting a soft intention for the quarter
