📣 We're Growing — Meet Our New Pediatric Nurse Practitioner! 👶🩺

Accepting New Patients Starting August 11!!

We’re thrilled to welcome Hilary Jean Killingsworth, MSN, PNP, to our care team!

Hilary is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Dothan, Alabama, with a heart for children and a wealth of experience in pediatric and neonatal acute care. A graduate of Bainbridge High School, Hilary earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Tennessee and her Master’s in Nursing from Troy University.

From well-child visits to caring for sick newborns, Hilary is passionate about providing the highest quality care to kids of all ages. She's especially excited to return to her hometown roots and serve the families of our community.

💖 Outside the office, Hilary is a loving wife to Walt Killingsworth, who works in the peanut industry, and a proud mom to their 3-year-old son Boone, who starts preschool at Houston Academy this fall. The Killingsworths enjoy spending time with their two French Bulldogs, traveling to Disney World, and deer hunting in the cooler months.

If you received a call from our clinic , please know that The providers of Southwest Georgia Healthcare Clinics are not moving . Wiregrass Dermatology ( Dr. Andrea Alexander and Rachel Gilbert,PA-C) will no longer see patients at the 804 North Wiley location after June 27,2025.

Southwest Georgia Healthcare Clinics Pediatric office is not closing . Dr. Romana Bairan will be leaving on June 27th to pursue other opportunities . We want to thank her for years of dedicated service that she provided for the Hospital and Clinic. We will be replacing Dr. Bairan with another Pediatric Provider .
