Where silence ends and healing begins. River Bridge Regional Center is a nationally accredited nonprofit child advocacy center, utilizing a child-centered, multidisciplinary approach to the prevention, assessment, and treatment of child abuse and sexual assault. Within their warm, child-friendly environment, they provide hope and healing to neglected and abused children and their families through treatment, and advocacy services. Making significant, positive difference in the lives of children and families in Eagle, Garfield, Pitkin, and Rio Blanco Counties, they also serve surrounding communities when need arises. Due to recent rainfall making a significant impact on the fire and to the moisture content of the fuels. The Valley County Sheriff's Office has removed zones 7-11 from all evacuation status.

Our stories differ and yet we share so much. From Childhood Sexual Abuse (CSA), in**st to sibling sexual abuse to parenthood, we share many similar aspects in healing. So many impactful stories follow about the lives of survivors.

UPDATE ON FIRES: WE’RE STILL SAFE. But still in phase one READY zone. More fires have sprung up in the valley. Our Fire is spreading north getting closer to residential but we are on the south end so in less danger at this time. still smoky but not in danger zone. Fire is 14% contained so that is good news.
